摘　　要：阐述电缆接头故障对电网运行的影响,分析技术标准与规范中的制约因素,提出提升故障诊断技术的准确性、保障维护措施的有效性和应急能力、完善技术标准与规范优化的措施。This paper describes the impact of cable joint faults on the operation of the power grid,analyzes the constraining factors of technical standards and specifications,and proposes countermeasures to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis technology,ensure the effectiveness and emergency response capabilities of maintenance measures,and optimize technical standards and specifications.
