摘  要:在绝缘斗臂车的斗部平台上安装电力机器人,替代作业人员完成危险、复杂、繁重的带电作业,成为未来电力系统带电作业方法的主要发展方向。亟需研发一种适用于电力机器人自主操控的安全可靠的绝缘斗臂车,以便于电力机器人精准地控制绝缘斗臂车各机构动作,更高效地将电力机器人送到目标位置展开作业。介绍一种电力机器人用绝缘斗臂车,该车型已在国家电网机器人作业车项目中推广应用,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Installation of electric power robots on the bucket platforms of aerial devices with insulating booms to replace operators to complete dangerous,complex and heavy live working has become the main development direction of livework methods in the future electric power system.There is an urgent need to develop a safe and reliable aerial device with an insulating boom for the electric power robot to autonomously control it,so that the electric power robot can precisely control the movements of each mechanism of the aerial device with an insulating boom,and the electric power robot can be delivered to the target position more efficiently to work.An aerial device with an insulating boom for the electric power robot is introduced,which has been popularized and applied in the robotic operation car project of the State Grid and has good economic and social benefits.
