醒窍通督针灸疗法联合肌内效贴治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫尖足的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨醒窍通督针灸疗法联合肌内效贴治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫尖足的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月于江西省儿童医院确诊的90例小儿痉挛型脑瘫尖足患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。观察组接受醒窍通督针灸疗法联合肌内效贴治疗,对照组接受肌内效贴治疗。比较两组足尖评分法结合足背屈角测量评分、综合痉挛量表(CSS)评分、踝关节R1和R2及不良反应发生情况。结果两组足尖评分法结合足背屈角测量评分、CSS评分及踝关节R1和R2组间、时间、交互比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2和3个月,观察组足尖评分法结合足背屈角测量评分均高于对照组,CSS评分均低于对照组,踝关节R1和R2均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论窍通督针灸疗法联合肌内效贴治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫尖足可有效改善患儿足部及下肢活动作用。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture combined with kinesio taping in children with spastic cerebral palsy acute foot.Methods 90 children with spastic cerebral palsy acute foot confirmed in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital were selected from October 2018 to October 2021 as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases each group.The observation group was treated with Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture combined with kinesio taping,the control group was treated with kinesio taping.The scores of toe scoring method combined with measurement of dorsiflexion angle,composite spasticity scale(CSS),ankle R1 and R2 and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in toe scoring method combined with measurement of dorsiflexion angle and CSS scores,ankle joint R1 and R2 between the two groups of group,time point and interaction(P<0.05).1,2 and 3 months after treatment,the toe scoring method combined with measurement of dorsiflexion angle scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,CSS scores was lower than that in the control group,and the ankle R1 and R2 were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Xingqiao Tongdu acupuncture combined with kinesio taping can effectively improve foot and lower limb movement in children with spastic cerebral palsy acute foot.
