手术室实习护生人文关怀能力评价量表评分的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查手术室实习护生人文关怀能力评价量表(CAI)评分的影响因素。方法选取2021年6月至2022年1月于川北医学院第二临床医学院/南充市中心医院手术室实习的135名护生作为研究对象。评估手术室实习护生CAI评分情况,采用多因素Logistic回归分析CAI评分的影响因素。结果135名手术室实习护生的CAI总分为(179.63±15.74)分,耐心维度得分为(55.32±7.83)分,理解维度得分为(68.63±8.12)分,勇气维度得分为(57.98±7.54)分。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,男性、未担任学生干部、无个人职业规划、工作年限≤5年、对护理专业的态度为不喜欢、性格内向、未接受过人文关怀相关培训、不经常参加集体活动均为手术室实习护生CAI评分低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论男性、未担任学生干部、无个人职业规划、工作年限≤5年、对护理专业的态度为不喜欢、性格内向、未接受过人文关怀相关培训、不经常参加集体活动均为影响手术室实习护生CAI评分低的影响因素,临床上应注意对高危人群实施相应的改善和干预措施,提高手术室实习护生的人文关怀能力,为患者提供更好更优质的护理服务。Objective To investigate the influencing factors on humanistic caring ability inventory(CAI)score of nursing students in operating room.Methods 135 nursing students who practiced in the operating room of Second Clinical Medical College of North Sichuan Medical College/Nanchong Central Hospital from June 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The CAI score of nursing students in operating room was evaluated,and the influencing factors of CAI score by multivariate Logistic regression were analyzed.Results The total score of CAI of 135 operating room nursing students was(179.63±15.74)scores,the score of patience dimension was(55.32±7.83)scores,the score of understanding dimension was(68.63±8.12)scores,and the score of courage dimension was(57.98±7.54)scores.Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that male,not being a student cadre,having no personal career planning,working years≤5 years,disliked nursing major,introverted personality,not receiving training related to humanistic care,and not frequently participating in group activities were all influencing factors for the low CAI score of operating room nursing students(P<0.05).Conclusion Male,not being a student cadre,having no personal career planning,working years≤5 years,disliked nursing major,introverted personality,not receiving training related to humanistic care,and not frequently participating in group activities are all influencing factors that affect the low CAI score of operating room nursing students,we should pay attention to implementing corresponding improve-ment and intervention measures for high-risk groups in clinic to improve their humanistic care ability and provide better and better nursing services for patients.
