从“肾为水火之脏”论引火汤引火归元之功

摘　　要：引火汤为“阴蛾”而设,后经过分析其病机,根据“异病同治”思想对此方进行了传承与发展,使其治疗范围十分广泛,因此引火汤火不归元的病机为本方之关键,对不归之火——“龙火”的认识也尤为重要。“肾为水火之脏”一词出自张介宾《类经附翼·求正录》,意为肾中水火,共处一宅,水火相抱,阴平阳秘,水足则火藏于下,温煦脏腑,统领一身气化,是为健康无病。若肾中水不抱火则无根虚火燔灼上沿,“龙火”显现,故肾中水火的失衡是“龙火”产生机制的根本。文章以引火汤为对象,基于对火不归元病机的理解,从“肾为水火之脏”角度探析引火汤的组方配伍、主治证型,分析其病证特点后认为,引火汤以大补肾水,加之补火,达引火归元之功,当为引火归元之代表方剂。Yinhuo Decoctionn(引火汤)was originally designed for the"Yin acute tonsillitis".After analyzed for its pathogenesis and based on the idea of"treating different diseases with the same treatment",this prescription was inherited and developed,making its treatment range very extensive.Therefore,the key to this prescription is the pathogenesis of Yinhuo Decoction's fire that does not return to its original source,and the understanding of the fire of no return-"Dragon Fire"is particularly important.The word"kidney is the organ of water and fire"comes from Zhang Jiebin's Lei Jing Fu Yi·Qiu Zheng Lu,meaning that fire and water in the kidney and coexist in a house;water and fire embracing each other,so that yin and yang in equilibrium;when water is sufficient,fire is hidden below,which warm viscera and lead a gasification.This is for health without disease.If the water in the kidney does not hold fire,there will be no root deficiency fire burning the upper edge,and"dragon fire"will appear.Therefore,the imbalance of fire and water in the kidney is the fundamental mechanism of the production of"dragon fire".This article takes Yinhuo Decoction as the object,based on the understanding of the pathogenesis of fire that does not return to its original source.The author analyzes the combination of prescriptions and indications of the decoction from the perspective of"kidney is the organ of fire and water",and analyzes the characteristics of the disease and syndrome.believes that Yinhuo Decoction is the representative prescription of the method of returning fire to its source,which can greatly replenish the kidney water and fire,and achieve the function of returning fire to its source.
