摘  要:在新工科背景下,随着油气田开发及输送新理论、新技术、新方法的不断出现,油气储运行业迫切需要具备创新能力的复合人才,这对高校的人才培养提出了更高的要求。文章以油气储存与装卸课程为例,分析了目前课程教学中存在的问题和挑战,并介绍了教研团队结合已有教学经验,对该课程实施的教学改革举措,包括整合课程内容、开发虚拟仿真实验平台、引入前沿教学方式、构建多样化考核方式。以上举措的实施有助于提高人才培养质量,推动油气储运领域的可持续发展。In the context of new engineering education,with the continuous emergence of new theories,new technologies and new methods for the development and transportation of oil and gas fields,the oil and gas storage and transportation industry urgently needs talents who possess compound innovative capabilities.It brings higher requirements for talent training in universities.Taking the course of oil and gas storage and handling as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and challenges in the course teaching,and introduced the teaching reform measures carried out by the research and teaching team combining their own practical experience,including integrating course content,developing a virtual simulation experimental platform,combining cutting-edge teaching methods,and constructing diversified assessment methods.These measures are helpful in improving the talent training quality and promoting sustainable development of the oil and gas storage and transportation field.
