摘　　要：运动神经元病(motor neuron disease, MND)是累及脊髓前角细胞、脑干运动神经元及椎体束的一类慢性进行性神经系统变性疾病,西医尚无特殊疗法,属神经内科绝症。国医大师张震认为本病可归属中医“痿证”范畴,病因病机在于肝脾肾虚,治疗应着眼于补肾健脾,辅以疏调肝气,并基于本病特点及“疏调气机”思想,自拟疏调增力汤。全方由:柴胡、黄芪、太子参、当归、川芎、淫羊藿、山萸肉、巴戟天、茯苓、白术、山药、薄荷、甘草组成,随症加减,全方共奏扶正培本之功,为治疗运动神经元病提供了新的思路与方法。motor neuron disease(MND)is a kind of chronic progressive degenerative neurological disease which involves the anterior horn cells of the spinal cord,the motor neurons of the brain stem and the vertebral tract.There is no special treatment in Western medicine,and it is a terminal disease in neurology.Chinese medical master Zhang Zhen believes that this disease can belong to the category of Chinese medicine“flascid syndrome”,the cause of the disease is the liver,spleen and kidney deficiency,treatment should focus on tonifying the kidney and spleen,supplemented by Shutiao liver-qi,and based on the characteristics of the disease and“Shutiao Qi machine”thought,self-designed Shutiao Zengli decoction.Radix bupleurum,Radix Astragalus,Radix pseudostellariae,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,horny medium,Fructus officinalis,Morbus officinalis,Poria,white art,Chinese yam,peppermint and licorice were used in the whole recipe,which provided a new idea and method for the treatment of motor neurone disease.
