摘 要:对于还处在设计研发阶段的产品,进行电磁兼容(EMC)设计不仅能显著提高EMC测试通过率,还可有效缩短产品研发周期,降低研发成本,从而确保产品在复杂电磁环境中的稳定性和可靠性。在EMC测试中,闪烁测试是一种常见的测试方法,旨在评估电子设备在电磁干扰环境下是否会引起人眼的视觉闪烁问题。为解决产品EMC设计过程中闪烁值的分析问题,使用仿真方法搭建了一套闪变仪测试系统,在对系统的精度进行验证后,将该系统应用于一双向晶闸管调压电路的仿真模型,对该电路模型的闪烁值进行理论分析并与实测结果对比,验证了该系统的可行性。For products still in the design and development stage,implementing electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)design not only significantly improves the pass rate of EMC tests,but also effectively shortens the product development cycle and reduces development costs,thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of the product in complex electromagnetic environments.In EMC testing,flicker test is a common test method aimed at evaluating whether electronic devices cause visual flicker problems to the human eye under electromagnetic interference environment.In order to solve the problem of analyzing the flicker indicator in the process of product EMC design,a set of flickermeter test system is constructed using the simulation method,and after verifying the accuracy of the system,the system is applied to the simulation model of a two-way thyristor regulator circuit,and the theoretical analysis of the flicker indicator of the circuit model is carried out and compared with the actual measurement results,which verifies the feasibility of the system.
