摘　　要：为了解决攀枝花学院管理部门年终考核中存在的问题,提高评价结果的科学性,开发一款系统来进行管理部门评价。系统使用Spring Boot、Spring Security、MyBatis-Plus、MySQL、Redis、Thymeleaf、Layui、Echarts等进行开发。对评价系统的需求进行了分析,阐述了系统的功能设计与数据库设计。详细介绍了用户管理、年度报告管理、评价管理和数据分析及可视化等关键模块的实现。经验证,评价系统能够满足学校对管理部门的评价需求,不仅提高了评价效率,还能更好地对评价结果进行利用,对学校的发展以及管理部门工作质量的提升起到了促进作用。In order to solve the problems existing in the annual assessment of the management department of Panzhihua University and improve the scientificity of the evaluation results,a system was developed to evaluate the management department.The system is developed using Spring Boot,Spring Security,MyBatis-Plus,MySQL,Redis,Thymeleaf,Layui,Echarts,etc.The requirements of the evaluation system are analyzed,and the functional design and database design of the system are expounded.The implementation of key modules such as user management,annual report management,evaluation management and data analysis and visualization is introduced in detail.It has been verified that the evaluation system can meet the evaluation needs of the school to the management department.
