基于语料库的陕西形象英文报道研究——以中亚五国主流媒体为例

摘　　要：区域形象是国家形象的一部分,对区域发展有促进作用。自2013年“一带一路”倡议提出以来,陕西作为古丝绸之路的开端,越来越吸引国内外的关注。以2013年9月-2023年9月发表在中亚五国主流媒体的涉陕英文报道为研究对象,构建中亚五国主流媒体涉陕英文报道语料库,运用费尔克劳夫三维框架理论对新闻话语进行分析。研究发现,中亚五国的主要媒体在报道陕西时,塑造了一个积极正面的合作伙伴形象。媒体报道以事实为基础,引用多来自中国媒体,展现出积极客观的报道态度和与我国友好互信的合作关系。本研究为国际传播中构建积极的陕西形象提供了借鉴,有助于促进其对外推广交流,营造良好的国际舆论氛围。Regional image serves as a microcosm of the national image,promoting the regional development.Since the proposal of the“Belt and Road”initiative in 2013,Shaanxi,as the starting point of the ancient Silk Road,has seen rapid economic development and is increasingly attracting attention both domestically and internationally.In light of this,the study collected and organized English reports related to Shaanxi published in the mainstream media of the five Central Asian countries from September 2013 to September 2023,to construct a corpus of English reports related to Shaanxi by the mainstream media of the five Central Asian countries.It applies Fairclough′s three-dimensional framework to conduct an analysis on news discourse.The findings reveal that the mainstream media of the five Central Asian countries have depicted a positive and proactive partner image of Shaanxi in their reports.These reports are grounded in factual information and exhibit a constructive and objective stance.Quotations are primarily sourced from Chinese media,which demonstrates the mutual trust between China and five Central Asian countries.This study provides valuable insights for Shaanxi province in constructing a positive image in international communication,promoting its external promotion and exchange,and fostering a favorable atmosphere for international public opinion.
