摘  要:加强大学生职业生涯教育,在宏观上有助于培养大学生建立正确的世界观、价值观和职业观,在微观上有助于增强大学生的职业规划能力和就业技能。优化职业生涯教育教学理念,创新职业生涯教育的课程结构和设计方案,转变师生之间的沟通交流方式,可提高大学生职业生涯教育的实效性。优势视角作为一种新型社会工作理念,其中赋权、成员资格、抗逆力、对话与合作等核心概念,与职业生涯教育路径相契合。通过探索优势视角在大学生职业生涯教育中的耦合路径,可为我国进一步完善大学生职业生涯规划教育工作提供理论借鉴和实践意义。Strengthening career education for college students can help cultivate correct worldviews,values,and career perspectives at the macro level,and enhance their career planning and employment skills at the micro level.Optimizing the teaching philosophy of career education,innovating the curriculum structure and design scheme of career education,and transforming the communication and exchange methods between teachers and students can improve the effectiveness of career education for college students.The advantage perspective,as a new social work concept,includes core concepts such as empowerment,membership,resilience,dialogue,and cooperation,which are in line with the career education path.Exploring the coupling path of advantage perspective in college students′career education can provide theoretical reference and practical significance for further improving the education of career planning for college students in China.
