一流本科课程建设视域下文件检验课程实践

摘　　要：课程是专业建设的基础,一流本科课程对公安院校夯实本科办学基础、契合行业发展需求、提升师生专业素质、推进学科交叉融合具有重要的现实意义。在“双万计划”背景下,中国刑事警察学院引入问题导向理念,以示范创建为引领,着力推进一流本科课程建设工作。文件检验课程作为典型个案,建设初期在教学资源、教学团队、教学模式及课程思政等方面与一流课程目标要求尚存差距,对此,课程组通过制作在线课程、搭建虚拟教研室、优化三结合育人模式、创新课程思政理念等措施,推动了课程的转型升级。实践过程折射出公安院校一流本科课程建设的一般进路,即在问题导向原则下,通过开发课程教学新资源、引入教育科技新手段、融合课程教学新理念、挖掘课程教学新内容、构建人才评价新体系,从而助推一流课程建设目标的达成,为新时期公安院校课程提质转型注入强大的内生动力。Courses are the basis of professional construction.First-class undergraduate courses are of great practical significance for public security colleges to consolidate the foundation of undergraduate education,meet the needs of industry development,improve the professional quality of teachers and students,and promote interdisciplinary integration.Under the background of the“Double 10000 Plan”,the Criminal Investigation Police University of China has introduced a problem-oriented concept,guided by demonstration creation,and focused on promoting the construction of first-class undergraduate courses.As a case study,the document examination course found that there were still gaps between the course resources,teaching team,teaching mode,and course ideological and political education in the early stages of construction and the requirements of first-class courses.In response,the course team promoted the transformation and upgrading of this course through measures such as creating online courses,building virtual teaching and research rooms,optimizing the three in one education model,and innovating course ideological and political concepts.This actually reflects the general approach to the construction of first-class undergraduate courses in public security colleges,that is,under the principle of problem orientation,by developing new teaching resources,introducing new educational technology methods,integrating new teaching concepts,exploring new teaching content,and constructing a new talent evaluation system,to promote the achievement of the goal of first-class course construction,and thereby inject strong endogenous power into the improvement and transformation of public security college courses in the new era.
