基于问题导向警务模式的英语课程建设研究

摘　　要：当前,我国已经进入了知识经济和信息经济全球化的时代,公安工作对复合型人才的需求愈发迫切,对公安院校的教学工作提出了新的挑战。作为培养现代警务人才的关键环节,英语教学必须与时俱进,紧密贴合实战需求。本文立足于公安院校应用型现代警务人才的培养目标,强调在英语课程改革中增强教学内容和教学活动的实战性,以优化和完善公安院校英语课程的教学结构和教学手段。采用问题导向警务模式,结合英语教学实践,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,树立“以学生为中心”的教学理念,创新教学模式和方法,采用科学的评价方法,构建了公安院校英语课程建设的新模式,以期更好地服务公安工作的实际需要,为我国公安事业的可持续发展提供强有力的人才支撑。China has entered the era of globalization of knowledge economy and information economy at present,and the demand for compound talents in public security work is becoming increasingly urgent,which poses new challenges to the teaching work of police colleges.As a key link in cultivating modern police talents,English teaching must keep pace with the times and closely meet the needs of actual combat.This article is based on the training goal of applied modern police talents in police colleges,emphasizing the enhancement of the practicality of teaching content and activities in English curriculum reform,in order to optimize and improve the teaching structure and methods of English courses in police colleges.By adopting a problem-oriented policing model,combining with English teaching practice,strengthening the construction of“double-qualified”teacher teams,establishing a“student-centered”teaching philosophy,innovating teaching modes and methods,and adopting scientific evaluation methods to construct a new model of English curriculum construction in police colleges,so as to better serve the actual needs of public security work and provide strong talent support for the sustainable development of China’s public security career.
