摘  要:在追求和谐社会与提升国家治理能力的背景下,深入理解以德育人与以法治国的深刻内涵,是全面剖析两者间复杂关系的前提。德育培养公民道德,增强社会凝聚力;法治维护秩序,保障权利。两者相辅相成,德育为法治奠定伦理基础,法治则为德育提供制度保障。促进德育与法治协同发展需政策引领、教育改革、社会参与及国际借鉴。只有两者良性互动,方能确保社会长治久安与持续繁荣。In the pursuit of a harmonious society and improved national governance capabilities,a deep understanding of the significance of morality-based education and rule of law is essential for thoroughly analyzing the complex relationship between them.Morality-based education fosters civic virtues and strengthens social cohesion,while rule of law maintains order and protects rights.These two complement each other:morality-based education provides the ethical foundation for rule of law,while rule of law offers institutional support for morality-based education.Fostering the synergy between morality-based education and rule of law requires policy leadership,educational reform,social participation,and international benchmarking.Only through their positive interaction can long-term social stability and sustained prosperity be achieved.
