摘　　要：创业法律教育是创业教育的重要内容。新时代背景下,高校应高度重视大学生创业法律教育,不断优化课程体系,创新教学方法,努力培养出一批既懂创业又懂法律的高素质人才。因此,加强大学生创业法律教育的价值意蕴,进一步增强大学生创业法律基础与能力,注重理论与实践教学相结合,同时兼顾学生全面发展与创业需求,才能推动大学生顺利创业就业。Legal education is a vital component of entrepreneurship education.Enhancing legal education for college student entrepreneurship not only improves the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and increases the success rate of students'entrepreneurial efforts but also contributes to their overall development.In the context of the new era,universities should prioritize legal education in entrepreneurship,continuously refine the curriculum,innovate teaching methods,and strive to cultivate high-quality talents skilled in both entrepreneurship and legal matters.This article analyzes the importance of strengthening legal education for college student entrepreneurship,examines the current challenges faced,and explores effective solutions,aiming to meet the legal needs of student entrepreneurs and facilitate their successful ventures and employment.
