摘　　要：随着社会的持续发展,教育领域也在不断地进步之中,教育的内容与范围更加广泛,针对性与适用性更强。高等职业教育作为职业型人才输出的重要机构,在应用型技能人才的培养前景上十分广阔,但要更好地适应行业的发展要求,为学生个人的发展打下坚实基础,就需要不断突破传统教学内容与模式的局限性,在学前教育专业活动的设计与实施上积极的探索并创新,除了着重培养学生的专业技能之外,还要重视利用教学创新来促进学生法律意识的更好养成。通过法治教育与专业教育的深度融合,在拓宽专业教学内容与资源的同时,实现对学生法律素养的有效培养。With the continuous development of society,the field of education is also constantly evolving,featuring broader content and scope,as well as enhanced pertinence and applicability.As a crucial institution for cultivating professionally skilled talents,higher vocational education holds great promise in nurturing applied skill talents.However,to better adapt to the requirements of industry development and lay a solid foundation for students'personal growth,it is necessary to continually break through the limitations of traditional teaching content and models.In the design and implementation of activities for the preschool education major,active exploration and innovation are essential.Besides emphasizing the cultivation of students'professional skills,attention should also be paid to leveraging teaching innovation to better foster students'legal awareness.Through the deep integration of legal education and professional education,while broadening the scope of professional teaching content and resources,effective cultivation of students'legal literacy can be achieved.
