摘　　要：目的:对英文版基本复苏技能自我效能量表(BRS-SES)进行汉化,并对其进行信效度检验。方法:遵循Brislin翻译模式对BRS-SES进行汉化,形成中文版BRS-SES。采用便利抽样法抽取安徽省某三级甲等医院的502名临床护士进行调查,评估中文版BRS-SES的信效度。结果:探索性因子分析提取特征值>1的3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为65.50%;验证性因子分析提示中文版BRS-SES的模型拟合指标均达到适配标准。中文版BRS-SES量表水平的内容效度指数为0.972,Cronbach's α系数为0.939,2周后的重测信度为0.874。结论:中文版BRS-SES具有较好的信效度,可用于评估护理人员的基本复苏技能自我效能感。Objective:To translate Basic Resuscitation Skills Self⁃Efficacy Scale(BRS⁃SES)and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Follow the Brislin translation mode to sinicize BRS⁃SES into Chinese version.A total of 502 clinical nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Anhui province were selected by convenience sampling method for survey to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of BRS⁃SES.Results:In exploratory factor analysis,three common factors with eigenvalues>1 were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.50%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitting indicators of the Chinese version of BRS⁃SES had all reached the fitness standard.The scale⁃content validity index of the Chinese version of BRS⁃SES was 0.972,the Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.939,and the retest reliability after 2 weeks was 0.874.Conclusions:The Chinese version of BRS⁃SES has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the self⁃efficacy of nursing in basic resuscitation skills.
