摘 要:新型技术的快速发展,深刻改变了人们的消费方式,新一代消费主力军更追求高效、快捷的消费方式,传统零售企业应跟随时代发展,积极向新型盈利模式转变,提升企业盈利能力。文章以J超市为研究对象分析其向新零售转型前后盈利模式的变化,运用杜邦分析法分析其获利能力,并提出建议。The rapid development of new technologies has profoundly changed people’s consumption patterns.The main force of the new generation of consumers is pursuing efficient and fast consumption methods.Traditional retail enterprises should follow the development of the times,actively transform towards new profit models,and improve their profitability.This article takes J supermarket as the research object to analyze the changes in its profit model before and after its transformation to new retail,and uses DuPont analysis method to ana lyze its profitability,and puts forward suggestions.
