摘 要:随着我国市场经济快速发展,我国民营企业数量也在逐步增加,并且已经成为基数庞大的市场经济主体。员工队伍稳定性对民营企业的健康发展有着直接影响,很多中小型制造业民营企业在员工队伍稳定性建设方面存在一些明显的问题,影响了员工队伍的稳定性。文章就中小型制造业民营企业员工队伍特征,及员工队伍稳定性建设的意义、影响因素进行了分析,并提出了员工队伍建设的对策。With the rapid development of China’s market economy,the number of private enterprises in China is gradually increasing,and it has become the main body of the market economy with a huge base.Staff stability has a direct impact on the healthy development of private enterprises,for many small and medium-sized manufacturing private enterprises,there are still some obvious problems in the con struction of staff stability due to various factors,which affect the stability of the staff.In this paper,the characteristics of the workforce in small and medium-sized manufacturing private enterprises,the significance and influencing factors of the workforce stability construction are analyzed,and the countermeasures for the workforce construction are put forward.
