摘  要:针对直线推进电磁能装备有限元计算过程中电枢速度计算精度不足的问题,提出了考虑动态接触电阻的直线推进电磁能装备改进模型,以使计算结果更接近实际工况.首先,推导直线推进电磁能装备电枢运动条件下的控制方程,进行有限元分析.然后,考虑动态接触电阻对电感梯度及电枢速度的影响,在有限元分析基础上建立考虑动态接触电阻的改进模型,并采用改进粒子群优化-遗传算法(PSO-GA)对所建立模型进行参数辨识,得到考虑动态接触电阻影响下的电感梯度及电枢速度预测函数.最后,搭建电磁能装备直线推进实验平台,对电枢速度进行测试.通过对比改进模型预测值与实验测试值可知:改进模型可以进一步减小计算误差,预测结果与实际测试情况呈现较好的一致性,为直线推进电磁能装备全真模拟研究提供了一定的理论依据.Aiming at the problem of insufficient accuracy of armature speed calculation during the finite element calculation of linear propulsion electromagnetic energy equipment,an improved model of linear propulsion electromagnetic energy equipment considering dynamic contact resistance was proposed to make the calculation results closer to the actual working conditions.First,the control equations under the armature motion conditions of the linear propulsion electromagnetic energy equipment were derived for finite element analysis.Then,considering the influence of dynamic contact resistance on inductance gradient and armature speed,an improved model considering dynamic contact resistance was established on the basis of finite element analysis,and the PSO-GA(particle swarm optimization-genetic algorithm)hybrid algorithm was used to identify the parameters of the established model,so as to obtain the prediction function of inductance gradient and armature speed considering the influence of dynamic contact resistance.Finally,an experimental platform for linear propulsion of electromagnetic energy equipment was built to test the armature speed.By comparing the predicted values of the improved model with the experimental test values,it is found that the improved model can further reduce the computational error,and the prediction results show a better consistency with the actual test situation,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of full-fidelity simulation of linear propulsion electromagnetic energy equipment.
