摘　　要：病理学检查为慢性胰腺炎(chronic pancreatitis,CP)诊断的主要证据之一。文章全面分析慢性胰腺炎病理形态学相关研究现况与进展,简述胰腺组织取材方法、CP特征性病理形态学改变及CP病理评分分级方法,并依据国内外指南中CP的诊断标准,探讨病理形态学在CP诊断中的应用,也对今后CP病理学的研究方向提出思考,希望向读者全面介绍胰腺病理学在CP诊断中的价值及今后亟需解决的问题。Pathological examination is one of the main bases for the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis(CP).This review comprehensively summarizes the current status and progress of research related to the pathological morphology of chronic pancreatitis,and briefly describes the methods of pancreatic tissue collection,the characteristic pathological morphological changes of CP,and the CP pathological score rating system.This article discusses the application of pathological morphology in the diagnosis of CP according to the diagnostic criteria of CP in domestic and foreign guidelines,and also puts forward thoughts on the future research direction of CP pathology,hoping to comprehensively introduce the value of pancreatic pathology in the diagnosis of CP and the problems that need to be solved urgently in the future.
