美德法英四国民间职业培训的特色比较与启示

摘　　要：全球经济一体化和科技进步加速,职业技能培训成为各国发展战略的重点。民间职业培训对提高国民素质、促进就业和创业至关重要。美国、德国、法国和英国在民间职业培训政策制定与实施方面各具特色,对美德法英四国在民间职业培训实施中的关键实践等进行了详细分析。我国应积极借鉴美德英法四国的先进做法,激发民间教育组织活力,紧密追踪市场需求变化,适时调整培训方向,推动民间职业教育培训持续健康发展。With the acceleration of global economic integration and technological progress,vocational skills training has become a key focus of national development strategies in many countries.Private vocational training is of great importance in improving national quality,promoting employment and entrepreneurship.The United States,Germany,France and the United Kingdom have unique features in their policies and implementation of private vocational training.This study provides a detailed analysis of the key practices of the United States,Germany,France and the United Kingdom in the implementation of private vocational training.China should actively learn from the advanced practices of developed countries in Europe and the United States to stimulate the vitality of private educational organizations,closely track changes in market demand,adjust training directions in a timely manner,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of private vocational education and training.
