摘 要:为解决对小尺度物体内部多个磁场源反演能力差的问题,提出了小尺度物体内部多磁源反演技术。利用原子磁强计采集磁源信号,基于弱磁理论反演磁源分布,引入分布源模型、高斯-赛德尔迭代算法优化求解过程,开展正反演模型验证。同时,采用点源模型去卷积操作提升磁源的空间分辨率,去卷积前系统空间分辨率约为10 mm,去卷积后小于4 mm。结果显示磁源反演的空间位置分布大致接近真实,验证了反演技术的正确性,可用于精密仪器内部磁源的识别应用。该研究开辟了部分精密仪器内部多磁源探测的新途径。In order to solve the problem of poor inversion ability of multiple magnetic field sources inside small-scale objects,a multi-magnetic source inversion technology for small-scale objects was proposed.The atomic magnetometer was used to collect the magnetic source signal,the distribution of the magnetic source was inverted based on the theory of weak field,the distribution source model and Gauss-Seidel iterative algorithm were introduced to optimize the solution process,and the forward and inverse model was verified.At the same time,the point source model deconvolution operation was used to improve the spatial resolution of the magnetic source,and the spatial resolution of the system is about 10 mm before deconvolution and less than 4 mm after deconvolution.The results show that the spatial position distribution of the magnetic source inversion is roughly close to the real one,which verifies the correctness of the inversion technology and can be used for the identification of magnetic sources in precision instruments.This research has opened up a new way for the detection of multiple magnetic sources inside some precision instruments.
