摘　　要：In recent years,more and more entrepreneurs have recognized the strength of wisdom from ancient sages and have joined the teams of learning and practicing traditional Chinese culture.As a result,more and more enterprises have changed their management models and development approaches.Traditional Chinese culture,represented by Confucianism,has demonstrated unprecedented strength in enterprise management practices.This paper aims to summarize some representative achievements made by certain businesses,hoping to provide insight and inspiration for more enterprises.
