地黄饮子加减结合偏瘫肢体综合训练在脑卒中患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地黄饮子加减结合偏瘫肢体综合训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效及对患者生活质量和预后的影响。方法将2021年12月—2023年9月济南市历下区第二人民医院收治的50例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和联合组,25例/组。对照组给予偏瘫肢体综合训练治疗,联合组在此基础上联合地黄饮子加减治疗。对比分析两组治疗前和治疗4周后的中医证候积分、运动功能、步行功能、生活质量及神经功能。结果治疗后,联合组各证候积分、神经功能评分较对照组更低,运动功能、步行功能及生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论地黄饮子加减结合偏瘫肢体综合训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫疗效显著,不仅能减轻患者的相关症状及神经功能缺损,改善运动功能、步行功能,还能提高患者生活质量,改善预后。Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Dihuang Yinzi combined with comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs in the treatment of hemiplegia in stroke patients and its effect on patients’quality of life and prognosis.Methods Fifty stroke patients with hemiplegia who were admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Lixia District,Jinan City from December 2021 to September 2023 were selected for the study and divided into the control group and the combined group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment of comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs,while the combined group was treated with modified Dihuang Yinzi on this basis.The study compared and analyzed the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,motor function,walking function,quality of life,and neurological function of the two groups before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,the combined group had lower syndrome scores and score of neurological function and higher scores for motor function,walking function,and quality of life(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of modified Dihuang Yinzi combined with comprehensive training of hemiplegic limbs in treating hemiplegia in stroke patients is remarkable,which can not only alleviate the related symptoms and neurologic impairment of the patients and improve their motor function and walking function but also provide them with better quality of life and prognosis.
