摘　　要：复合型冷链物流人才是粤港澳大湾区发展冷链物流产业的关键资源。近年来,粤港澳大湾区在复合型冷链物流人才引进方面取得一定成效,但也存在一些困境。针对湾区复合型冷链物流人才高地建设的困境,要完善人才引进工作机制,重构柔性引才制度,重塑人才评价体系,培育基于知识创新的复合型冷链物流人才,不断提升湾区对人才的吸引力和集聚力。Comprehensive cold chain logistics talents are a key resource for the development of the cold chain logistics industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In recent years,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has achieved certain results in the introduction of composite cold chain logistics talents,but there are also some difficulties.In response to the dilemma of building a composite cold chain logistics talent highland in the Bay Area,we will continue to improve the talent introduction working mechanism,reconstruct the flexible talent introduction system,reshape the talent evaluation system,cultivate composite cold chain logistics talents based on knowledge innovation,and continuously improve the Bay Area Attraction and concentration of talents.
