新质生产力发展背景下网络招聘何以赋能高职人才培养——基于1.2万余条招聘信息的实证分析

摘　　要：高职生就业能力与劳动力市场需求的结构性矛盾日益突出。高职院校是培养新质生产力所需的高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,其人才培养质量有待提升。网络招聘信息反映了劳动力市场对就业能力较为基本和迫切的需求,对高职院校优化人才培养具有重要的赋能作用。利用网络爬虫技术获取1.2万余条招聘信息,运用内容分析法构建高职生就业能力结构,包括五个维度和19个核心要素。研究发现:劳动力市场对高职生就业能力需求呈现综合化的特征,就业能力需求程度由高到低排列分别为专业能力、社会能力、综合能力、个人特征和学习能力。不同职能类别岗位对就业能力的需求存在显著差异。高职院校应以就业能力为导向改进人才培养模式,优化培养目标、专业设置、课程建设、教学方式、就业指导和信息服务等环节,切实培养和提升高职生就业能力,满足劳动力市场的需求,推动新质生产力高质量发展。The structural contradiction between the employment ability of higher vocational education students and the demand of labor market is becoming more and more prominent.Higher vocational colleges are the main position of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents needed by the new quality pro⁃ductive forces,and the quality of talents cultivation needs to be improved.Online recruitment information reflects the basic and urgent needs of the labor market for employability,and plays an important role in opti⁃mizing talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.The web crawler technology is used to obtain more than 12,000 recruitment information,and the content analysis method is used to construct the employment ability structure of higher vocational education students,including five dimensions and 19 core elements.The study found that the demand for employability of higher vocational education students in the labor mar⁃ket is characterized by comprehensiveness.The order of demand for employability from high to low is profes⁃sional ability,social ability,comprehensive ability,personal characteristics and learning ability.There are significant differences in the demand for employability among different functional categories.Higher voca⁃tional colleges should reform the talents cultivation mode guided by employability,optimize the training ob⁃jectives,professional setting,curriculum construction,teaching methods,employment guidance and servic⁃es,effectively cultivate and improve the employability of higher vocational education students,meet the needs of the labor market,and promote the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.
