摘　　要：果渣是食用水果榨汁或果品加工过程中获得的副产物,其营养丰富,富含粗蛋白、粗纤维、维生素、多酚、黄酮等成分,具有提高机体抗氧化机能和生产性能,改善畜产品品质等特点。文章综述了果渣在牛、羊、兔、马等草食动物中的应用效果,旨在为其在草食动物中的应用提供参考。Fruit pomace is a by-product of fruit juice or fruit processing,which has rich in nutrients,crude protein,crude fiber,vitamins,polyphenols,flavonoids and other components.It has the characteristics of improving the antioxi‐dation function and production performance of the body,and improving the quality of animal products.This article reviewed the application effects of fruit pomace in herbivores such as cattle,sheep,rabbit,horse,in order to provide a reference for the application of fruit pomace in herbivores.
