唯物辩证法在吸脂术与脂肪移植术临床实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：吸脂术(包括脂肪移植术)是全世界最常用的美容手术之一,然而也是并发症比较多、死亡率最高的美容手术之一。因此提高手术医生的水平和技能势在必行。医生临床实践学习是我国整形美容医生快速发展的主要途径,因此提高临床实践教学质量是医生的责任。医生临床实践整个过程充满了辩证法,因此将唯物辩证法应用于吸脂术与脂肪移植术临床实践教学中有助于提高其教学效果。本研究通过唯物辩证法的矛盾转换结合图片翻转教学、量变渐进到质变的认识教学、枯燥转为生动有趣的教学、一分为二的观点指导、图片形象化作用推动整体教学应用于理论培训课堂中,这提高了实习医生的学习积极性;用联系的观点指导实习医生临床观摩与实习,使实习医生将理论知识和临床手术相联系、不同手术阶段之间相联系,有利于提高临床观摩与实习的效率,并通过竞争选拔机制选出优秀实习医生成为手术医生助手等措施,推动了实习医生积极参与的良好气氛;通过不同方式的检查措施使教师和实习医生相辅相成,最终达到教与学的整体提升。Liposuction(including fat transplantation)is one of the most commonly used cosmetic operations in the world,but it is also one of the cosmetic operations with more complications and the highest mortality.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the level and skills of surgeons.Doctors'clinical practice learning is the main way for the rapid development of plastic surgeons in China,so it is the responsibility of doctors to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.The whole process of doctors'clinical practice is full of dialectics,so the application of materialist dialectics in the clinical practice teaching of liposuction and fat transplantation will help to improve its teaching effect.This research has applied the contradiction transformation of materialistic dialectics in combination with picture flipping teaching,quantitative change gradually to qualitative change teaching,boring teaching into lively and interesting teaching,the perspective guidance of dichotomy,the role of picture visualization in promoting the overall teaching to the theoretical training classroom,which has improved students'enthusiasm for learning.To guide students'clinical observation and practice with the view of connection,so that students can connect theoretical knowledge with clinical surgery and different surgical stages,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of clinical observation and practice,and to select excellent students as the assistants of surgeons through competitive selection mechanism,which promotes a good atmosphere for students to actively participate.Through different inspection measures,teachers and students can complement each other and finally achieve the overall improvement of teaching and learning.
