摘 要:目的:探讨儿童急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)预后的影响因素。方法:收集2015年12月至2022年12月我院儿科收治符合入组条件的初发92例急性髓系白血病患儿,分为存活组及死亡组,回顾性分析其临床特征及影响因素。结果:死亡组WBC、LDH、SF、骨髓原始+幼稚细胞和MRD阳性率均高于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡组CHE、CD3低于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经二分类Logistic回归分析,死亡组SF及MRD阳性率均高于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:WBC、LDH、CHE、SF、MRD、CD3及骨髓原始+幼稚细胞影响儿童AML预后,SF及MRD是影响儿童AML预后的独立因素。Objective:To investigate the prognostic factors of acute myeloid leukemia(AML)in children.Methods:92 children with acute myeloid leukemia admitted to our hospital from december 2015 to december 2022 were collected and divided into survival group and death group.Their clinical characteristics and influencing factors were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The positive rates of WBC,LDH,SF,bone marrow primitive+naive cells and MRD in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CHE and CD3 in death group were lower than those in survival group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the positive rates of SF and MRD in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:WBC,LDH,CHE,SF,MRD,CD3 and bone marrow primitive+naive cells influence the prognosis of pediatric AML,SF and MRD are independent prognostic factors in children with AML.
