摘　　要：不确定性环境下,企业集团试图通过创新生态优化升级实现可持续发展。但面临动态环境所带来的不确定性,企业集团如何构建匹配的创新生态并维持生态的动态平衡尚未找到有效解决方案。本文以集团公司为创新生态设计者对集团创新生态演化进行了探索性单案例研究,提炼了不同发展阶段创新生态构建过程及演化逻辑模型。研究发现:集团创新生态构建和演化受制度环境、资源禀赋变化带来的关系张力影响。在不同的发展阶段,集团公司通过采取特定的母子公司间、母公司与其他主体间关系张力应对机制构建匹配的创新生态。生态位变动是集团创新生态的演化逻辑。不同阶段集团公司分别采用生态位移动、生态位移动和跃迁、生态位跃迁的演化逻辑推动创新生态不断升级。研究结论为集团企业思考基于创新生态构建的发展路径、提升组织结构韧性以应对不确定环境提供借鉴。Under the uncertain environment,excellent groups try to achieve sustainable development through innovation ecology optimization and upgrading.However,faced with the risks that may be brought by the dynamic environment,we have not yet found an effective solution to how to build a matching innovation ecology and maintain the dynamic balance of innovation ecology.This paper conducted an exploratory singlecase study on the innovation ecology evolution of parent company as designers of the innovation ecosystem,and refined the construction process and evolution logic model of the innovation ecosystem at different development stages.Our findings revealed that:The construction and evolution of the groups′innovation ecosystem is influenced by the relationship tension caused by changes in the institutional environment and resource endowment.At different development stages,parent company constructs a matching innovation ecosystem by adopting various specific mechanisms to cope with the relationship tension between the parent company and its subsidiaries,and between the parent company and other subjects.Ecological niche change is the evolutionary logic of the group innovation ecosystem.At different stages,the parent company respectively promotes the continuous upgrading of the innovation ecosystem through the evolutionary logic of niche translation,niche translation and shift,and niche shift.The conclusions of the study will provide a reference for group companies to think about the development path based on the construction of the innovation ecosystem and enhance the resilience of the organizational structure to cope with uncertain environment.
