紫杉醇联合卡铂标准化疗同步放疗治疗Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期宫颈癌的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨紫杉醇联合卡铂标准化疗同步放疗治疗Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期宫颈癌的价值。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月青海省第五人民医院收治的宫颈癌患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施卡铂化疗同步放疗,观察组实施紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗同步放疗。对比两组化疗有效率、疾病控制率、生存率、复发率、远端转移率、肿瘤标志物水平、并发症发生率。结果:观察组化疗有效率、疾病控制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组1年生存率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组远端转移率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血清鳞状细胞癌抗原、肿瘤特异性生长因子水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合卡铂标准化疗同步放疗可以提高近远期疗效,降低肿瘤标志物水平,且未增加并发症发生风险。Objective:To explore the value of paclitaxel combined with carboplatin standard chemotherapy synchronized with radiotherapy in the treatment of stageⅢandⅣcervical cancer.Methods:One hundred and twenty cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to Qinghai Fifth People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with sixty cases.The control group implemented carboplatin chemotherapy synchronized radiotherapy,and the observation group implemented paclitaxel combined with carboplatin chemotherapy synchronized radiotherapy.Comparison of the two groups of chemotherapy effective rate,disease control rate,survival rate,recurrence rate,distal metastasis rate,tumor marker level,complication rate.Results:The chemotherapy effective rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the distal metastasis rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen and tumor-specific growth factor levels of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Paclitaxel combined with carboplatin standard chemotherapy synchronized with radiotherapy can improve the near-and long-term efficacy,reduce the level of tumor markers,and did not increase the risk of complications.
