摘　　要：目的:分析细节护理在消化内科患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月安顺市平坝区中医院收治的100例消化内科患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行细节护理。对比两组疼痛情况、心理情况、自主护理能力及护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组视觉模拟评分法、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组自我概念、自我责任感、护理技能、健康知识评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.014)。结论:细节护理可减轻消化内科患者的疼痛程度,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高自主护理能力及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of detail nursing in patients with gastroenterology.Methods:A total of one hundred patients in the department of gastroenterology admitted to Anshun Pingba District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received detail nursing based on the control group.The pain condition,psychological condition,independent nursing ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of visual analog scale,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-concept,self-responsibility,nursing skills and health knowledge in two groups were increased,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.014).Conclusion:Detail nursing can reduce the degree of pain in patients with gastroenterology,improve anxiety and depression,and improve the ability of independent nursing and nursing satisfaction.
