摘　　要：随着生物工业的发展,蒸发设备整体水平获得了显著提高,向着大型化、自动化方向发展,新型蒸发设备得以涌现和发展。作者论述了我国生物工业蒸发设备的特点,为选型提供参考,同时展望了其未来发展趋势。With the development of bio-industry,level of evaporation equipment have significantly increased and it trends large-scal,automation development,new type of evaporation equipment have emergence and development.The bio-industry evaporation characteristics and equipment type selection were discussed.A useful guidance for future studies to evaporation equipment development was provided.
