摘 要:为探析正念训练的长短期作用及作用机制,采用随机对照实验,在训练前后借助认知情绪调节量表、自我同情量表与创业坚持量表对225名创业者进行4期测量,得到900份有效数据。结果发现:(1)正念训练对创业坚持具有长短期的积极效果;(2)自我同情能够中介正念训练的长短期积极作用;(3)积极重评能够中介并调节正念训练与自我同情之间的积极关系。结果表明正念训练能够通过提高创业者的积极重评与自我同情进而促进创业坚持。In order to investigate the influence and influence mechanism of mindfulness training under the longitudinal frame,we used a randomized controlled field experiment and a longitudinal pre-/post-test design with four measurement waves in 225 entrepreneurs.The scales included Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,Self-Compassion Scale and Entrepreneurial Persistence Scale.The results were as follows:(1)The mindfulness training had short-and long-term positive influences on the entrepreneurial persistence of entrepreneurs.(2)Self-compassion played a mediating role in the relationship between mindfulness training and entrepreneurial persistence.(3)Positive reappraisal mediated and moderated the relationship between mindfulness training and self-compassion.The results showed that mindfulness training predicted high entrepreneurial persistence by improving positive reappraisal and boosting and sustaining self-compassion.
