摘  要:本文以里必煤矿探查治理陷落柱工程为研究背景,基于矿井地质、水文地质、瓦斯赋存等条件,采用物探、钻探、岩芯分析、钻孔窥视等方法,探明了地质构造发育情况。通过陷落柱底板注浆加固隔水层措施,降低了高承压水突水风险;针对陷落柱区域的瓦斯富集情况,采用帷幕注浆封闭裂隙空间和源头截流抽采措施,解决了岩巷裂隙瓦斯涌出难题。工程实践表明,高承压水-突出矿井遇地质构造时,超前底板注浆和巷道帷幕注浆能增加底板及围岩的稳定性,消除巷道突水风险;岩巷瓦斯涌出难题需采用综合防治措施,帷幕注浆可封堵瓦斯补给通道,源头截流是最为有效的手段,解决瓦斯向工作面涌出效果最好。This study takes the exploration and treatment of collapse columns in Libi Coal Mine as the research background.Based on comprehensive analyses of mine geology,hydrogeology,and gas occurrence,we employed geophysical prospecting,drilling,core analysis,and borehole peeping to elucidate the development of geological structures.To mitigate the risk of high-pressure water inrush,we implemented a grouting reinforcement for the aquiclude at the floor of the collapse columns.To address gas enrichment in the collapse column areas,we applied curtain grouting to close fracture spaces and implemented source interception and drainage,effectively resolving the challenge of gas emission in rock roadways.Engineering practice demonstrates that when high-pressure water-outburst mines encounter geological structures,advanced floor grouting and curtain grouting can enhance the stability of the floor and surrounding rock,eliminating the risk of water inrush in roadways.The gas emission in rock roadways requires comprehensive prevention and control measures.Curtain grouting can seal gas supply channels,and source interception is the most efficient method for mitigating gas outburst to the working face.
