摘  要:随着城市化进程的加速推进,建筑工程行业蓬勃发展,在建筑工程项目的实施过程中,为确保项目的质量、进度和安全,监理工程师的作用日益凸显。提升监理工程师的知识、技能和素养对建筑工程行业的发展具有重要意义。采用问卷调查和个案研究相结合的方法随机对山东省内各大施工、监理单位展开调研。问卷调查结果显示,监理工程师岗位的人才供给与岗位需求之间存在显著差异,特别是知识储备和技术能力方面的人才供给普遍低于市场需求,而个人素养方面的人才供给与岗位需求相对匹配。应通过加强知识和技能培训,培养相关人才的综合能力,强化实践与培训,加强行业与教育部门合作等路径解决监理工程师岗位人才供给与需求间存在差异的问题。With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the construction engineering industry is developing vigorously.In the process of construction project implementation,in order to ensure the quality,progress and safety of the project,the role of the supervision engineer becomes more and more prominent.It is of great significance to improve the knowledge,skills and quality of supervision engineers for the development of construction engineering industry.The study conducts a random investigation on the major construction and supervision units in Shandong Province with questionnaire survey and case study.The results of questionnaire survey show that there is significant difference between the supply of supervision engineers and the job demand.In particular,the supply of talents in terms of knowledge reserve and technical ability is generally lower than the market demand,while the supply of talents of personal literacy is relatively matched with the job demand.It is suggested to solve the problems of the differences between the supply and demand of supervisory engineers through strengthening knowledge and skill training,cultivating the comprehensive ability of relevant talents,promoting practice and training,and strengthening the cooperation between industry and education departments,etc.
