摘 要:牵张设备是电网铺设的关键,现有的牵引机底盘无法在特殊地形上行走,设计一种能满足特殊地形行驶需求的新型履带式牵引机底盘,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,建立新型履带式牵引机底盘数值模型,进行平地牵引、横向爬坡和纵向爬坡3种工况下的静力计算,模拟、分析履带式牵引机底盘的应力变化情况。结果表明,在平地牵引工况下,最大应力分别为323.77 MPa,通过降低底盘部件的重心或加固承受梁可减小其在横向爬坡和纵向爬坡工况下的应力,最大应力分别为212.79 MPa和71.08 MPa,均小于屈服极限。Stretch equipment is the key to power grid laying.The existing tractor chassis cannot walk on special terrain.The study designs a new crawler tractor chassis that can meet the driving requirements on special terrain,establishes numerical model of the new crawler tractor chassis with ANSYS Workbench finite element software,conducts static calculation under 3 conditions of flat traction,lateral climbing and longitudinal climbing,and simulates and analyzes the stress change of the chassis of the crawler tractor.The results show that the maximum stress is 323.77 MPa under flat traction conditions.The stress under lateral and longitudinal climbing conditions can be reduced by lowering the center of gravity of chassis components or strengthening the bearing beam.The maximum stress is 212.79 MPa and 71.08 MPa respectively,both of which are less than the yield limit.
