摘　　要：环状RNA可通过多种方式参与人体生理功能的调节,与多种疾病的发生、发展相关。从其生物合成、降解途径、主要功能及相关疾病入手,综述了circRNA的研究进展,以期为疾病检测及治疗提供新的研究方向。Circular RNA can be involved in the regulation of human physiological functions in many ways.It is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.The study reviews the research progress of circRNA from its biosynthesis,degradation pathway,main functions and related diseases,so as to provide a new research direction for disease detection and treatment.
