摘  要:央视3.15晚会曝光的“橄榄菜事件”,在网络媒体上掀起了一阵风雨,这些让人瞠目结舌的食品安全问题一次又一次地挑战着消费者的底线。深挖背后的原因在于企业过分强调和追求经济利益的最大化,而对消费者权益的保护漠不关心。本文以玉蕾公司的“橄榄菜事件”为出发点,讨论企业对消费者社会责任的履行现状以及存在的问题,从而进一步分析出企业在消费者社会责任问题上可以采纳的意见和建议,促使企业自觉承担起对消费者的社会责任。The“Olive Vegetable Incident”exposed at the CCTV 3.15 Evening Gala has caused a storm on online media,and these shocking food safety issues have repeatedly challenged consumers'bottom line.The reason behind digging deeper is that companies overly emphasize and pursue the maximization of economic benefits,while being indifferent to the protection of consumer rights.This article takes the“Olive Vegetable Incident”of Yulei Company as the starting point to discuss the current situation and existing problems of the company's fulfillment of consumer social responsibility,and further analyze the opinions and suggestions that the company can adopt on consumer social responsibility issues,promoting the company to consciously assume its social responsibility to consumers.
