摘　　要：随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术的发展,一场大范围、深层次的科技革命和产业变革正在重塑产业发展方式和企业运行模式。本文基于数字化转型背景,探讨组织韧性的新内涵、前因及作用机制,为中国情境下的组织韧性研究提供思路和启示。With the development of digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,a large-scale and deep level technological revolution and industrial transformation are reshaping the development mode of industries and the operation mode of enterprises.This article explores the new connotations,antecedents,and mechanisms of organizational resilience in the context of digital transformation,providing ideas and insights for research on organizational resilience in the Chinese context.
