摘  要:弥散加权成像是用于诊断和评估疾病治疗效果的重要影像学技术,但其主要关注水分子整体扩散而忽略了其微观运动和组织微观结构。时间依赖弥散MRI(t_(d)-dMRI)利用振荡梯度自旋回波和脉冲梯度自旋回波序列组合获取不同扩散时间的MRI信号,以捕获不同微观结构的信息;随着MR硬件设备的快速发展,近年已进入临床应用阶段。本文就t_(d)-dMRI技术原理及其在肿瘤中的应用进展进行综述。Diffusion weighted imaging is an important imaging technique for diagnosing and evaluating the effectiveness of disease treatment,mainly focusing on the overall diffusion behavior of water molecules but ignoring the microscopic movement of water molecules and the details of tissue microstructures.Combining oscillatory gradient spin-echo and pulsed gradient spin echo sequences,time-dependent diffusion MRI(t_(d)-dMRI)captured diffusion MRI signals at varying time,in order to obtain information of different microstructures,which had recently emerged into clinical application with the advancements of hardware.The principles of t_(d)-dMRI technology and its application progresses in tumors were reviewed in this article.
