降脂通络胶囊联合益生菌对脂肪性肝病患者小肠细菌过度生长的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨降脂通络胶囊联合益生菌对脂肪性肝病(FLD)患者小肠细菌过度生长(SIBO)的疗效。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年12月于郑州市第一人民医院就诊的FLD患者168例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,各84例。对照组给予降脂通络胶囊治疗,观察组给予降脂通络胶囊联合益生菌治疗。对比两组患者治疗后临床有效率、SIBO阳性率、甲烷值、氢值及肝功能实验室指标。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(95.24%vs 81.18%),SIBO阳性率低于对照组(16.67%vs 41.67%),甲烷值及氢值低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组总胆红素(TBIL)、白细胞(WBC)、 C反应蛋白(CRP)水平无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(r-GGT)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 降脂通络胶囊联合益生菌可有效减轻FLD患者消化道症状,改善肝功能,促进SIBO转阴。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jiangzhitongluo Capsule combined with probiotics in treating small intestinal bacterial overgrowth(SIBO)in patients with fatty liver disease(FLD).Methods A total of 168 FLD patients treated at Zhengzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 84 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Jiangzhitongluo Capsule,while the observation group received Jiangzhitongluo Capsule combined with probiotics.Clinical efficacy,SIBO positivity rate,methane and hydrogen values,and liver function laboratory indicators were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.24%vs.81.18%,P<0.05),and the SIBO positivity rate was lower(16.67%vs.41.67%,P<0.05).The methane and hydrogen values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in total bilirubin(TBIL),white blood cell(WBC),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GGT),triglyceride(TG),and total cholesterol(TC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhitongluo Capsule combined with probiotics can effectively improve digestive symptoms,improve liver function,and promote the negative conversion of SIBO.
