基于Citespace的中医药防治慢性非萎缩性胃炎可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 分析近20多年来慢性非萎缩性胃炎(CNAG)中医药领域研究概况,探索中医药治疗CNAG的发展状况、研究热点和前沿动态。方法 通过检索中国知网(CNKI)2024年4月之前收录的CNAG中医药相关文献,采用Citespace6.3.R1及VOSviewer1.6.18软件对作者、研究机构、关键词及突现词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入相关文献972篇,分析显示近24年发文量整体呈上升趋势;作者以刘卫红和李萍发文量最多,机构以长春中医药大学与广州中医药大学发文量较多,机构间合作主要体现在大学与其附属医院之间,跨地区、跨机构间的合作较稀疏;关键词及聚类分析等显示该领域旨在明确作用机制,提高药物临床疗效,优化诊疗方案;主要涉及中医辨证论治、临床研究、数据挖掘等方面。结论 中医药治疗CNAG的研究,不同地域机构间及其团队间合作薄弱,应加强合作以充分挖掘中医药治疗CNAG的优势。Objective To analyze the research landscape in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG)over the past two decades,exploring the development status,research hotspots,and frontier trends in TCM treatment for CNAG.Methods Relevant literature on TCM for CNAG published before April 2024 in the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)was retrieved,and Citespace 6.3.R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 software were used to conduct a visual analysis of authors,research institutions,keywords,and burst terms.Results A total of 972 relevant articles were included.The analysis revealed an overall upward trend in the number of publications over the past 24 years.Among the authors,Liu Weihong and Li Ping contributed the most publications.Institutions such as Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine produced a significant number of articles.Cooperation among institutions was mainly reflected in the relationship between universities and their affiliated hospitals,with sparse cross-regional and cross-institutional collaborations.Keyword and cluster analysis indicated that the field aimed to clarify the mechanism of action,improve the clinical efficacy of medications,and optimize diagnostic and treatment protocols.Key areas of research included TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,clinical studies,and data mining.Conclusion Research on the treatment of CNAG by Chinese medicine is weak in different regions,institutions and teams,and cooperation should be strengthened to fully tap the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CNAG.
