摘 要:针对车载磁悬浮转子系统的动力学耦合问题,引入欧拉角坐标变换法,基于七自由度车辆动力学模型与五自由度转子动力学模型建立了车载磁悬浮转子系统动力学耦合模型,对模型有效性进行了验证,并对不同路面激励和磁悬浮轴承控制参数下的系统动力学特性进行了研究。结果表明:车载磁悬浮转子系统存在动力学耦合效应,动态响应中出现了车辆垂向激振频率与转子旋转频率;车辆系统与磁悬浮转子系统的振幅随路面激励振幅的增加而增大,随路面激励频率的增加而减小;在一定范围内增加比例系数和微分系数将减小系统的振幅。In response to the dynamic coupling problem of the magnetic levitation rotor system of vehicles,the Euler angular coordinate transformation method was used.Based on a seven-degree-of-freedom vehicle dynamics model and a five-degree-of-freedom rotor dynamics model,a dynamic coupling model of the magnetic levitation rotor system of vehicles was established.The effectiveness of the model was verified,and the dynamic characteristics of the system under different road excitation and magnetic levitation bearing control parameters were studied.The experimental results show that there is a dynamic coupling effect in the magnetic levitation rotor system of vehicles,and the vertical excitation frequency and rotor rotation frequency of the vehicle appear in the dynamic response.The amplitude of the vehicle system and the magnetic levitation rotor system increases with the increase in road excitation amplitude and decreases with the increase in road excitation frequency.Increasing the proportional and differential coefficients within a certain range will reduce the amplitude of the system.
