创新意愿能否提升企业创新绩效?——以沈阳市先进制造企业为例

摘　　要：企业生存发展的重要引擎是创新。以沈阳市925家先进制造企业为研究样本,分析创新源头(创新意愿)、中介作用(创新动力)、行为结果(创新绩效)三者之间的关系。结果表明,企业创新意愿对创新绩效具有显著正向影响;企业创新能力对企业创新意愿与创新绩效具有调节作用;企业创新意愿对创新动力具有显著正向影响;企业创新能力对创新动力具有显著正向影响;创新动力在企业创新意愿对创新绩效的影响过程中发挥中介作用。进一步从企业性质、企业规模和创新环境三个角度分别进行对比分析。研究发现,企业的创新链条的源头是创新意愿;民营企业的创新活动更灵活,国有企业的创新调节效应更显著;中小型企业的生存是第一位,不适合进行大规模创新活动;良好的创新环境对高水平创新能力的企业具有加持作用。Innovation is an important engine for the survival and development of enterprises.Based on a sample of 925 advanced manufacturing and automation enterprises in Shenyang,the relationship among innovation source,innovation intention,innovation agency,innovation motivation,behavior outcome and innovation performance was analyzed.The results show that enterprise innovation willingness has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,enterprise innovation ability has a moderating effect on enterprise innovation willingness and innovation performance,and enterprise innovation willingness has a significant positive impact on innovation motivation Innovation capability has a significant positive effect on innovation motivation,and innovation motivation plays a mediating role in the process of influencing innovation performance.Then,the nature of the enterprise,enterprise scale and innovation environment of the three angles were compared and analyzed.The results are as follows.The source of the innovation chain of enterprises is the will to innovate;the innovation activities of private enterprises are more flexible,and the innovation adjustment effect of state-owned enterprises is more significant.The survival of small and medium enterprises is the first.It is not suitable for large-scale innovation activities,and a good innovation environment can support enterprises with high-level innovation ability.
