摘　　要：近年来,职业教育在缅甸社会经济中起到越来越重要的作用。缅甸职业教育包括中等职业教育和高等职业教育两个层次,主要由政府技术高中、政府工业学院和政府技术学院承担。在教育系统之外,国际合作办学、政府职业培训中心和私立职业学校也是缅甸职业教育的特色。缅甸政府主要通过国家立法、国家资格框架与国家认证、职业教育质量保证委员会管理职业教育。缅甸职业教育发展给我国的启示:一是职业教育国际合作应以国家合作发展需求为导向,二是职业教育机构发展应以质量保障为关键,三是职业教育管理内容应具有连续性和协调性。In recent years,vocational education has played an increasingly important role in Myanmar's socio-economic development.Vocational education in Myanmar includes two levels:secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,which are mainly undertaken by government technical high schools,government industrial colleges and government technical colleges.In addition to the education system,international cooperation in running schools,government vocational training centers,and private vocational schools are also a major feature of vocational education in Myanmar.The Myanmar government mainly manages vocational education through national legislation,national qualification framework,national certification and vocational education quality assurance committee.The inspiration from the development of vocational education in Myanmar to China is that,firstly,international cooperation in vocational education should be guided by the needs of national cooperation and development,secondly,the development of vocational education institutions should focus on the quality assurance as the key point,and thirdly,the content of vocational education management should have continuity and coordination.
