摘　　要：Query fever(Q fever)is a globally spread zoonotic disease caused by Coxiella burnetii,commonly found in natural foci but rarely seen in Hebei Province.The clinical manifestations of Q fever are diverse and nonspecific,which often leads to missed or incorrect diagnoses in clinical practice.This article reports a case of acute Q fever diagnosed in an elderly patient using metagenomic next-generation sequencing.
