摘 要:本试验旨在通过测定巴克夏公猪与民猪母猪的二元杂交猪(简称巴民猪)和松辽黑猪公猪与巴民母猪的三元杂交猪(简称松巴民猪)的生长性能、胴体和肉质性状,比较分析利用地方品种、地方培育品种和引进品种进行三元杂交的优势和可行性。试验选用出生日龄相近的巴民猪200头,松巴民猪196头,用于生长性能测定;选用100 kg体重的巴民猪50头,松巴民猪45头,屠宰用于测定胴体性状和肉质性状。结果表明,松巴民猪日增重和饲粮转化率显著高于巴民猪(P<0.05),校正至100 kg日龄和校正至100 kg体重背膘厚均显著低于巴民猪(P<0.05);松巴民猪平均背膘厚和肌内脂肪含量显著低于巴民猪(P<0.05),瘦肉率显著高于巴民猪(P<0.05),其他肉质指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,松巴民猪生长速度和饲料利用率均高于巴民猪,瘦肉率亦有所提高,肌内脂肪含量虽有所下降,但也达到了4%,保持了民猪的优良肉质特性,因此饲养松巴民三元杂交猪将具有更高的经济效益。The purpose of this experiment was to determine the growth,carcass and meat quality of progeny between Berkshire(♂)and Min(♀)(referred to as Bamin pig),and progeny between Songliao black(♂)and Bamin(♀)(referred to as Songbamin pig),and compare and analyse the advantages and feasibility of three-way hybridization among local varieties,cultivated varieties and introduced varieties.200 Bamin pigs and 196 Songbamin pigs of similar birth age were selected for growth performance measurement.50 Bamin pigs and 45 Sumbamin pigs with a body weight of 100 kg were slaughtered,and the carcass traits and meat quality traits were measured.The results showed that the daily gain and feed conversion ratio of Sumbamin pigs were significantly higher than those of Bamin pigs(P<0.05),and the adjusted 100 kg daily age and the adjusted backfat thickness to 100 kg body weight were significantly lower than those of Bamin pigs(P<0.05);the content of intramuscular fat was significantly lower than that of Bamin pigs(P<0.05),and other meat quality indexes were not significantly different(P>0.05).To sum up,sumbamin pigs display a faster growth rate and better carcass performance than Bamin pigs,and maintained the excellent meat quality of Min pigs.Therefore,raising Songbamin ternary hybrid pigs will reap higher economic benefits.
