数字科技赋能高校创新人才培养的进路研究

摘　　要：高校是创新人才培养的主阵地。人才培养过程能够激发学生的内在潜力,提升其创新能力。数字科技通过运用计算机科学、信息技术、人工智能、数据科学以及互联网和通信技术等,对数据进行收集、处理、分析,并加快对智能化系统的建设和应用,从而赋能高等教育的发展与创新人才的培养。创新型人才是社会发展的重要驱动力之一,深入剖析创新人才特质,以期进一步探究数字科技赋能高校创新人才培养的数字生态建设进路和教育方式创新进路。Universities are the main battlefield for cultivating innovative talents.The process of cultivating innovative talents can stimulate students’inner potential and enhance their innovation ability.Digital technology uses computer science,information technology,artificial intelligence,data science,and Internet and communication technology to enable the development of higher education and the cultivation of innovative talents through the collection,processing,analysis and application of data,as well as the construction and application of intelligent systems.Innovative talents are one of the driving forces for social development.By deeply analyzing the characteristics of innovative talents,we can further explore the digital ecological construction path and educational innovation path that digital technology empowers universities to cultivate innovative talents.
